How It Works:

  • Online Workshop

    We kick off with a full day workshop. Don’t worry though, the session is highly interactive with a group of no more than 8 business owners. We run through our proven framework, ensuring you have all you need to go and get results. Our workshop is implementation heavy, it’s about being able to take action, not just notes. You’ll also receive an extensive framework document to complete as we go and an action roadmap to aid implementation.

  • 4x Group Follow Up Sessions

    These 1hr online sessions are there to support you, hold you to account, and provide guidance as you implement. They’re also about sharing your wins and any challenges or questions you have. There’s also a slack channel for sharing inbetween sessions so there’s always support on hand. Going through the programme with like-minded business owners means you get the benefit of each other’s experiences and feedback not just ours.

  • 121 Support

    Did I mention this is all about you implementing?

    Just to make sure that you absolutely get real value from the programme there’s a 121 sessions included in the price, as well as direct email support for when you just want to ask a quick question, get some feedback on some materials or messaging, or check in about a potential challenge or opportunity

Kick-off date:

Cohort 4 kicks off on Tuesday 2nd July 9:30-4:30pm (GMT), with the group check in sessions running from 1-2 on Tuesdays 9th & 23rd July, 6th & 20th August.
